I read something about this on another forum one time.the dude had a Holley systemmax setup.and ended up having to relocate the PCV valve to a different location.I believe right under the upper intake by the fuel rail.he said he had to make an 90* adapter cause it was a tight fit.someone told him he was getting blow by cause where it was placed had to high of vacuum.so relocating it reduced the vacuum and blow by.
I'm not sure if this has anything to do with you or how much sense it makes but just thought I would share.

A light coat of oil is fairly normal.
You might want to clean or replace the pcv valve and screen.
They may be saturated to where they are passing more oil than normal.

If it is a heavy accumulation of oil then you may have excessive blowby from worn out piston rings as stated above. You could do a compression test to see if that is your problem.

If you think your having blow by conduct a compression test and if you have low readings get a cylinder leak down test which will tell you what the problem is
