Is there any way to take out the oil pan to change it without taking the transmission out or using an engine jack to jack it up and remove the pan?

Wish there was i did mine on the floor using jacks to jack ip the motor sucked on the floor lol

+1, when i did the cobra oil pan I droped the k member and placed the floor jack up under the bell housing and had no issues.

You know the oil pan on a GT and a Cobra are the same right. The only difference is the oil pick up and the oil pump. I called Ford and verified the part numbers.

Yup, sure do I just put Cobra in there because thats the only one I have done with the engine still in the car. My GT I did outside the car.
