So I was talking to a friend of mine about how I was going to start putting money aside for a turbo. He told me the best thing to do, that's much cheaper, would be to buy the On 3 complete turbo kit then buy a nicer, like turbonetics, turbo. It's defenintly cheaper. He's done this before and can help me install it. But I was wondering what you guys thought about this. Is it a bad idea? Would I not see as much gains as a more expensive kit?

P.S. I am a tunes for life member with Bama. Would they be able to tune this, or would I need a dyno tune?

It's definitely a good option.

Bama/am is unable to provide forced induction tunes. You'll basically be at the end of your tunes for life contract.
