I’d do performance first, but that’s just me.

Sent from somewhere in the twilight zone…
Do a stereo first! I know a guy with some gear ;):sneaky:

Lol

Personally I like to do the performance side first. I used to engage in highly spirited driving and I developed an intense dislike for cars that were all show and no go 🤷‍♂️

Ultimately it comes down to what you can afford first. Cosmetic is waaaaaay cheaper, but performance hits you in the smile factory

What are the different stages of sound deadening? Just cld, cld and mlv and then cld, mlv, ccf?

Who’s the guy??? And bet what would be the best mods to go with?
For a v6 i would say to start with your suspension.
I have Koni STR.t shock/struts, BMR strut brace and Steeda's rear seat delete Xbrace and, i atleast, have noticed quite an improvement in the handling which makes my sixer even more fun to drive.

Eibach suspension is gonna be even tighter than the Koni's, just so you know. More of a "track" suspension where the Koni's blend street/track.

Coilovers are a waste of money unless you like a really tight ride or are gonna purely track your car.

Pm me if you want to talk about the sound gear

Performance, then you will get to the point where Cosmetic and Performance cross with tires and wheels.
Everything I have done to mine is for running the Twisties including buying the V6 over the GT just for weight transfer.
Short Tube headers give you low to mid range torque, kind of where the V6 needs the help. Plus all you stock Emissions are left in place so you are 50 state legal
I leveled mine with Vogtland GT springs, I also put on Koni Sports but I do play on the Dragon and do tend to push it at times.
I am also running 255/40 19's on the front and 295/35 19's on the rear along with Brembo brakes on the front and 2013-14 GT500 rear brakes.
Like I said, I do push it. Actual reading from my V6.

I haven't been able to find Vogtlands in a while. Are they still available?

Or Hot Parts, even American Muscle carries them but Hot Parts was always the cheapest.
🤦‍♂️
Then i'm being a dummy and getting them mixed up with another company that was good but faded away.
Disregard

Appreciate it man and that’s a clean stang

If you feel like it's slowing you down, then why not? Butt dyno plays a big part unless you want to wind tunnel your car
Yeah, I removed some unnecessary items that were slowing me down too. My wife’s still resentful about being put out on the roadside. 🤣
