Found a set of wheels and tires for a great price but they're off a 03. Will I need spacers or is that when I put the 05 + wheels on a 04 and older

you should run spacers for 05+ wheels on pre 05's or they will rub etc, not sure how much but they need to go out some.

You will be fine. No spacers will be necessary for 03 wheels to fit your 02. 05 and newer have a different offset and would need spacers to look right.
