Im gonna be racing this kid tomorrow and I'm wandering if it'd be better to keep my stock wheels 245-45-17 on or switch to my 285-30-18 wheels. It'll be from a dig and 30-35mph roll. On highway(closed down road)

Sumis on the 245s and nankangs and the 285 both are performance tires. 245 45s are taller would that be better than the 285 30s?

If both tires are performance tires then your best bet would be going with your stock wheels, your aftermarket 18s are going to be heavier than your stocks.

Sumitomos will spin forever.. Your going to spin no matter what.. 285 is better than 245 height doesnt matter..

This is true^ A lot of racing matters on the driver.

Practice is the only real way to find out... Just don't dump the clutch during the race, your tires will spin like crazy if you do.
