Calvin, whether you're driving a classic, or a brand new 'Stang, I'd check with Shaun at StreetOrTrack and see what he says. A lot of new pads have a fairly low coefficient of friction, and he might have something a lot better for a similar price.

Stay away from the all-out racing pads, for sure. Those usually require you to get them pretty hot before they will stop you well. On a street car, that's not just annoying - it's a bit dangerous!

I like Raybestos Element 3 pads. Low dust, long life and the same brake feel and performance as stock stuff.
