The rear end feels like it moves when I accelerate from 1st gear. It feels like it raises and kind of shifts to the side. I had it inspected and all they found was a bad tie rod and a transmission mount so I got those changed out. But I'm not sure If this is normal. Some guy said that its because of the torque and that a traction bar would fix the problem.

jack up the car on jack stands on the frame so the rear hangs down, inspect the bushings etc see if any are messed up. It should not be like that, the car doesnt produce enough hp/tq to cause damage to those components but the bushings can wear/rot and cause issues.
