Will a rear lower strut bar be a good upgrade? Found one on CL for $60 it's eibach.

Rear sway bar? If so yes, it makes quite a difference. You can get em at a salvage yard for 15-30 bucks, not a whole lot of difference than the after market ones, but 60 is still a decent price.

Sure, id try to get him to $40-50 bucks since you can pretty much get the same think at the junk yard for 15-30 bucks.

cut it in half and tell him you can find it cheaper. good upgrade to have if you like taking corners fast, like we all do
