I'd used turtle wax premium grade running and polishing compound. Worked awesome for me

I had a tiny scratch on my rear bumper, I used meguiars compound, then polish, then wax, helped a bit but if you look super close its still there. Nu Finish scratch doctor did not help as much.

On my black cars I always use the TurtleWax Black Box. But you will want to wax your whole car, otherwise people are going to ask if you bought a new bumper. :lol:

+1. Admins are getting out of hand. Anyway what does wet sanding do to paint?

Usually done after applying clear coat. Takes away the "orange peel".

Then polish, wax/buff.

So wet sand, then a polishing compound with the buffer? Then wax by hand/buffer
