I want to replace my 2013 Mustang grill (Without fogs) with a GT one
Do I need to add something to be able to screw the fog lights?
Is someone selling fog lights? I couldn’t find any

The lights are installed hard into the grille so, nothing additional, other than wiring is required.

The factory LED lights are sold as complete units, iirc. Availability may be a challenge.

Go to americanmuscle. They have a large selection of new parts for your needs. You can also request a catalog but it's just a tease. You can also call them and talk to someone there. They are very knowledgeable. (886-665-8838) Also on their site, many "how to" videos will show you the way.
