I have a 2010 Mustang gt, Im installing a set of Roush Lighted sill plates and I followed this tutorial:

My wires are a different color than the ones mentioned there but I was able to get everything going...or so I thought...
Everything Lights up but now but as my dome lights & sill plates "fade" and turn off the "fuse" box on the engine comparment make as a weird rattle / rrrrrr grrrrr type of sound. I don't think that's normal so what could be causing that? did I tap into the wrong power wire?.

I was able to track the problem. Is the ground wire. When I connect the second wire going to the Driver side, It works but that causes the noise. When I only have the Passenger side connected, everything is good.
