I was searching craigslist today and found for sale a set of H&R sport used springs for $150. He will do $125 but they have 10k miles on them. Is it worth it? I currently have Ford Racing C springs.

sport springs from h&r give the most drop fyi and are not as stiff as the race version. New they are 250. I dont see how 10k miles will hurt them~

keep in mind you will need caster/camber plates to adjust the alignment and you need to install those at the same time. The install is rather easy though for springs and cc plates.

Absolutely! H&R are my favorite! I've had Eibach, H&R, and several Ford Racing sets and I will choose H&R every time from here out.
Be warned, I've got SuperSports and it's a fairly harsh ride at times, even with new struts. My parents took the car on one 400 mile trip and swore to never drive it more than across town again. Of course, that's to be expected with lowering springs.

Awesome guys thanks for the replys. Im gonna get them and wait to install them until I can buy caster camber plates. I already have new shocks and struts so should be good from there.

Should I leave the isos in or out?

I put the h&r super sports on my 02 with tokico HP struts/shocks and I love them. I left both Isos in the rear in but only put the top one back in on the front and imo it sits perfect with that slight rake to it. I love the ride quality smooth when driving normal but stiffen when u drive rough. I would highly recommend this set up.
