i bought a 1967 ford mustang for 1500 bucks (runs fine) and a guy offered me his boat "1996 scarab fuel injected v6 with a mercruiser outdrive" with a trailer. do you guys think its worth the deal? like price wise?

Keep the car, offer the guy $1500 for the boat. I bet he won't take the price. Find out what he really wants for his boat -- that car is worth more.

I've owned a boat. It's a hole in the water that you dump money into, you'll never get it back. I was so happy the day I sold it. I've never been happy the days I've sold my Mustangs.

The boat is probably worth a few bucks more , but you'll most likely get more use out of the Mustang. The 2 happiest days of your life is the day you buy the boat and the day you sell it . Like they say it's a hole in the water you throw money into. The Mustang with TLC should appreciate in value , the boat will never appreciate. Keep the Mustang.

At first I was gonna say sell the car ... but after seeing the pics the boat doesnt look as good as I thougt it would. Keep the car as te other gentleman said take care o it and you can buy fifty boats later on in your life... Or a BMW E46 M3
