The wheel bearing went out while i was in town and i had to drive it about 1-2 miles so i could park it in a safe spot so i could find a trailer and bring it home. Once i got it home i pulled the wheel and drum off and the wheel bearing was seized to the spindle so i took my grinder and grind each side of the wheel bearing and took a chisel and pop it off, so it wasn't welded to it but when i was looking at the spindle i could see that it grind some on the spindle and if i remember it wasn't smooth either, the drum isn't usable any more but is the spindle still good?

Start calling wrecking yards for a replacement spindle. Reusing the damaged one will quickly eat up any bearing you put on it. Bummer but it's best to replace it.

I recommend replacing the spindle. Mismatched surfaces may cause another bearing failure, and the spindle hardness may have been affected by heat from the bad bearing possibly.
