Hey everyone I am new here.

Anyway I am in need of help. I have a 2000 V6 auto and bought a aluminum driveshaft from american muscle, well the slip yoke on it is mean't for a manual transmission. I need to know how to take the slip yokes off the stock and aluminum driveshafts and swap them. I have never done it before.

I'm sure this has probably been talked about before but I can't find a direct answer on it.

Which one did you buy it should be just a bolt on. The swap is for auto but depending which one you got

I bought the 28 spline shaft for 79-95 5.0's and 94-04 v6's, I was told it would work but the yoke would be too long for the auto transmission. So I figure just swapping the yokes would make it fit?

Alright guys I got my aluminum driveshaft in and now I have a problem. The car vibrates like crazy! Is the shaft out of balance or something? Is it hard on the car to drive it like this?
