Smoked headlight

Anybody know whats wrong with this light? Bought them 2 months ago..from latemodel restoration..

Is it just a bad headlight..how do you call whats around the bulb..

Is like being corroded in the inside?

Thanks man yeah it looks nasty..late model its going to replace them
