SUB SPECS
10" Polypropylene Cone
1100W max input power (300W RMS)
Unique cone design offers superior rigidity
Gold-plated Binding Posts
Small sealed/ported enclosure optimized
4 Ohm Voice Coil

Gold-plated binding posts -- A solid, secure, simple and capable method of transferring serious current to speakers with protection against corrosion for lower resistance.
Polypropylene cone -- A plastic based material used primarily for speaker cones due to its resistance against harsh environmental conditions, rigidity, and damping.
4-layer edge-wound voice coil -- Start with an aluminum former and wind four layers of copper wire that's flat, rather than round. This allows the wire to pack together in a smaller space than would otherwise be needed. More copper means better current handling.
Dual "Triple-layer" damper -- Three layers of high strength damper material make up each of the two spiders, ensuring virtually perfect linear travel of the voice coil. The lead wires are embedded in the top spider, preventing entanglement and extending the voice coil's throw.
5-sided Cone -- Improves cone rigidity for lower distortion, and reduction of standing waves on the cone itself, for cleaner sound and better transient response.

Specification --
Sensitivity -- 88 dB/W/m
Frequency Response -- 18 - 2,500 Hz
Mounting Dimensions --
Diameter -- 232 mm (9-1/4")
Depth -- 144 mm (5-3/4")
Weight -- Approx. 4.5 kg (9 lb 15 oz) per speaker

AMP SPECS
Sony's Xplod XM-280GTX 2-channel amplifier delivers 80 watts RMS per channel to your speakers. Pulse power supplies guarantee that this amp will maintain consistent output, regardless of fluctuations in the voltage from your car's electrical system.

Extra-sturdy, gold-plated terminals give you reliable signal and power connections, and speaker-level inputs let you integrate this amp with any system, including your factory radio.

At 200 watts RMS in bridged mode, the XM-280GTX has plenty of power for a subwoofer, and the variable low-pass filter helps you tune your system to perfection and with selectable 10dB boost at 40 Hz, you'll never have to go without the bass you love.

Key features include: * 80 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms * 100 watts x 2 at 2 ohms * 200 watts x 1 bridged output at 4 ohms * stereo or bridged mono output * 4-ohm stable in bridged mode * Tri-Way capable * MOSFET power supply and output stages * 50-300 Hz low-pass filter, 12 dB/octave * preamp- and speaker-level inputs * gold-plated connectors * variable bass boost (0-10 dB) centered at 40 Hz

Used this amp for about a year on my Planet Audio. DId pretty good, just don't cram it into small spaces. For on ebay youd pay around 130 +shipping for the both of these new. The sub is brand new and the amp isn't very old So I am going to say $110 Shipped.
