I would just do OEM plugs, I think they are motocraft platinums...?.. Not 100 percent sure on that... And if you don't leak any oil I would run full synthetic. I personally run Mobil 1 but I'm sure others will chim in with their thoughts.

I don't do "what oil discussions" because it really doesn't matter--any name brand oil that meets the manufacturers specs, changed every 3000 miles will be fine.

As to plugs, Motorcraft or Champion single platinum plugs will work. The introduction of Coil-On-Plug (COP) ignition systems pretty much made the difference between spark plug types insignificant. COPs can fire the tips of two 16d nails across a 1/2" air gap; 0.054" in a pressurized combustion chamber is a "piece-of-cake"...
