I have a squeak coming from the drivers side rear of my car. If I'm accelerating or breaking its gone but if I'm just cruising or coasting it just squeaks. Kind of like a chirp. I have a brand new rear end so I don't think it's that. Any ideas?

How long ago did you do the rear end? Couple things off the top off my head could be upper or lower control arm bushings , bad shock, do you have lowering springs? Iso's in or out?

Iso's are in, new shocks a couple months ago and I'm lowered. The rear end was done in October.

Sounds like it could be control arm bushings a good way to tell is to take a look at them if they look dry and cracked they are probably in need of replacement , how's the brakes? A warped rotor or worn pads will also sound like a chirp

This is the noise mine makes, I have still not figured it out I changed the rear brake pads but that's it. I took it to the Stealership and they said the caliper bolts need to be greased so I had them do it and it did not change anything. Let me know if you figure it out. It has been driving me nuts.

Yeah it is not that loud while driving and it has been doing it for 7-8 months... I screwed with it for like a month and then gave up. I really should have changed the rotors but it's way to cold now. Here is a video of how it sounds while driving you can't really hear it till 46 seconds.

Yeah let us know. I looked at all mine and sprayed lithium grease on all of them and nothing helped. And the fact that it stops when I press on the brakes makes me belive it has to be something to so with that.

Same problem with me and I replaced the rear rotor and caliper because the piston in the caliper kept pushing the pad up against the rotor and made a squeak when driving and it went away when the brakes were applied, went to the junkyard and picked up a caliper and boom no more squeak. Just a suggestion at what the problem may be

The squeak is gone. Take a look at your caliper.. Mine was sticking and wouldn't release pressure on one pad and caused it to make a noise. I know that doesn't make any sense lol but I guarantee it has to do with it.
