I have a 2001 Mustang GT and everyone once and awhile after driving it for awhile the RPMS will get stuck at around 2000, sometimes it goes back down on its own but really slow and other times I have to turn the car off and restart it. Could it be a clogged air filter or dirty throttle body? It has a BBK CAI on it if that helps at all. Before I go and buy a new throttle body I was hoping I could get some advice on what it is. Any help would be great. Here is a Pic of my Stang

It's a common problem with the 4.6 GT's. You can either clean the idle air control valve, replace it, or install a restrictor.
