I have a super chips tuner part number 1865 that I was using on my 2010 mustang v6. Before I traded it in for my 2012 mustang GT I returned the v6 pony to stock. Will I be able to use the same tuner on my 2012 mustang GT?

A quick google search says yes. Although I dunno how great the tune will be. I don't believe you'll be able to tune for custom parts at all and no one that I am aware of tunes for those tuners. So you won't be able to just buy custom tunes and load them.

Honestly I would buy a SCT tuner and tunes from someone long before using that
