I used meguiars yellow number 26 pure carnauba with the 36 dollars buffer from Lowes. Used it sparingly and buffed the section twice. then used the new ICE polish from Turtle wax and it took out the swirls.
If you have deeper swirls, you might want to take it to a body shop you TRUST and get a quote. Normally, the swirls are just in the clear coat but if you have deeper ones they have the equipment and materials to tackle the worst case scenario.

What do u recommend using when it comes to soap? There's many to choose from in the automotive section haha
It all depends on what you want to accomplish!

To Completely Strip your car of ALL Wax, Polish, Road Grime (dirt, oil, etc.) Bird Poo and especially before using a Clay Bar. ULTRA DAWN DISHWASHING SOAP!!!

Just make sure you use a good wax or polish afterwards! Don't leave your paint unprotected!

Sherry said it best it's all what you want to accomplish.

That goes for the soap, the swirl remover , the wax, the polisher and so on.
