First thing is turn it off plz. I would take the belt off and turn each pulley by itself. Could be a bad pulley that would be good news. Does the car seem to have good power. Run smooth? If not then could be a valve problem. Also a timing chain problem from the sound of the sluggish startup. Check oil for metal also. Good luck man.

I hauled ass out of my driveway had her sideways smoke rolling but when I let off she died so power is still there

Then check the pulleys one by one to se of a bearing is bad in one. Hope that's all it is if so it's an easy fix.
