Like car wash, there are dozens of kinds of wax. Some of the most popular lines are the Meguiars waxes. I have heard nothing but good things about their basic cleaner waxes, and their top of the line Gold Class waxes. Another great wax is Zymbol. This is what i personally use. Meguiars also makes a Quik Wax in a spray on form that works pretty well if you just want a quick shine.
Hey dude, actually i fixed the detailing thread about a month ago. I made a whole new one with all sorts of info on there. Check it out dude, maybe it will help everyone out. Feel free to ask any ?s you may have. Or send me PM's if you got any ?s.Fishers Stang said:yup read that, but I dont think that my info is on there anymore, but it has some good info. :headbang:
Same here. Stuff works the best. I use Meguire's gold about once a month, and then Meguires Quick Wax spray after every wash. Turtle Wax makes a nice colored wax that I've used to restore the shine in dull areas of the car, but for the most part, I stick with Meguires.Monkey said:
