Depends on the wheels that you have.

If you have pony wheels which I'm assuming you do by the tire size, the widest I've seen was 245's and they looked kind of stretched, but much better than the 225's.

No i have all CENTERLINE i hate pony wheels and im looking to get up to 275 40 18 in back and leave the 225 in front with same new hight and rime size

I doubt you'll fit a 275/40/18 in the back without removing the quad shock and rolling the fender. A 275/35/18 should fit just fine though.
