I have frpp lowering springs and castor bolts on now. I can afford these or castor plates to fix ride issues and strut assembly noise.

What would be a better buy for ride quality, struts or plates/panhard?

Without plates/panhard do you see any potential issues?

Imo. Go with bilistien or koni yellow over the d spec. Unless you got a reallllly good deal on them.

Bilstein hd cost $848, Koni str.t are $408, tokico d-spec are $599, eibach pro-damper are $440. I liked the tokico because they are adjustable and 35 out of 35 people give them 5 stars

+1 I've heard people say they wish they had purchased ^ instead of the d spec. Said for the money, they thought they'd be better.

I had the eibach pro kit and liked them a lot but they don't feel as high quality as the bilistien stuff. I also like the koni yellows and they have a life time warranty which I've seen a buddy evoke a couple times (one valve failure and one that he broke by curbing the car haha) both bilistien cars I've worked on have been bulletproof and seem to handle awesome. Tociko does make pretty decent non adjustable shocks but the adjustable ones I see fail often. The car im thinking about is a 08gt and since the suspension swap in 2010 he's had to replace 3 shocks and 1 strut. All d-spec stuff. I'd say if you have to do adjustable, get the konis over the d-spec. If your after good shocks I would look at bilistien then eibach. I'd pay 250$ easily over a cheaper package. If you can get matched springs with your struts do it. Or just take the plunge and go coil over.

dolfin13: only about an inch, FRPP N springs. AM doesn't really address the pinion angle change, just the caster/camber angle change.

The konis? I've seen the before but the car that had them bought them through a local performance shop. Honestly, if you aren't married to the adjustable id get the bilistien kit!
