I say go test it :) I've got 3.73 so I don't know for sure. But doing it yourself is better lol

Well they all say dont fear the gear thats why i consider 3.73 and 4.10 but im not too worried about going any speed past end of 4th but if 4.10s give out at 135 im gonna regret it lol.

you won't have your top speed messed with...putting it mildly you don't have the power to top out 4:10 gears..not that there are many reasons to be close to that speed anyways. air resistance will stop you long before your gearing will. be safe at the oval track because i'm gonna assume that's where this will be done at.

What's the point of going 140 anyways? How often do you really get up past 100.
I love my 4.10s and have no regrets after the 8 months I've had them.

You aren't maxing it out lol with that gear it should be more.

Do you want acceleration or top speed?? Its not like we are on the bonneville salt flats here lol, i say you would like the acceleration cause i use 4.10s and itll throw you back in your seat sometimes.. But its your decision, i think 4.10s are better for street use especially against lighter cars cause you can launch of and get to your pulling gears faster

Well the track doesn't lie, I come about 200rpm shy of redline at the end of the straightaway on our local roadcourse, it could be higher but that's what I see every time I've checked.

I have 3.73 and that's shorter than 3.55 and I can hit 110 in 3rd. So 4th is about 135

Stock 3.27s for my 01 Bullitt max 3rd at a little over 100mph. Going 120 I'm still on the lower end of 4th. My times at the 1/4 I am about 500rpm shy of redline at 98mph.
