I bought some Wheels and Sensors from a 2016 mustang and was wondering if i can use the tool to connect the sensors to my 2013 mustang

I believe the answer is no....but a little piece of tape will cover the warning light.

So, that "Tire Sensor Programing Tool" by Steeda works on Individual cars Only?

I believe the problem is the sensors from the 2016 aren't compatible with his 2013. The proramming tool will only work if you have the correct tpms.
Correct. Sensors run off of different frequencies.

That's good to know, If I do purchase one, it will only work for that Year or Model Mustang only.

2011+ TPMS valves are self learning. No tool is necessary.

Anyone have a recommended and not overly priced suggestion for TPMS sensors?

Just purchased graphite colored wheels and need a set.

Also due to color... metallic vs black stems?

2014 Mustang so I need the 10-14 compatible frequency ones too.

You might be able to get buy with aftermarket.
For my 2013 I bought two off of ebay for 20 bucs, they weren't the mustang PN but I had a friend who is in Ford component sales double check the part number and found it works for my application. My tire guy tells me most of the one you get from Rock auto or Advance auto zone synch up fine now and regardless of the sensor, they self learn, tool isn't necessary
