Yes,but its really not that big of a deal IMO. I mean what would you do if there wasnt a little light to tell you that your tire pressure was low?
Well is there's way to shut the little light off?

You could do it the old school way and pull the bulb or black it out. Me,personally.....it doesnt bother me. Its not worth the money or hassle.
You could pull the bulb. It's not as tough as it sounds.
Yea I mean before this I never had my car tell me my tire pressure was low. I just looked.
Yeah, that's a feature I've never given two ****s about.

Yes, no problems at all as long as you have a tire shop that can resync your tpms. We do it all the time. As far as trying to pull out the tpms warning light bulb from your dash, if you have a blowout that causes vehicle damage your insurance can give you problems with the repair. Most tire blowouts are due to low air pressure. Tpms is also federally mandated btw. It's not worth it when it is so simple to swap over tpms sensora to aftermarket wheels.
Go to your ford dealer and ask for the tire valve stem that attaches to the sensor, they are $8 each. The sensor comes off with just a screw and attach it to the new stem in the new wheel.
You cant reuse stem valve but you could re use the sensor, did it to my wheels and didnt have to reset the tire pressure or anything.
