I have a 2006 Saleen s281sc. Has a pulley swap running 8 psi, gt500 pumps, 39# injectors, cai, full exhaust, brisk colder plugs, sr coils, and a few other little bolt ons. The car was tuned before I got it and the issue im having is when its cold under light throttle under 2500 rpm it has a hesitation and the wideband reads 19.5:1. Once you pass 2500 it reads 13.5-14.0:1 and runs fine. It runs 12.0:1 at wot. My plan for the very near future is detroit rocker cams and a retune but im wondering if my issue is tune related and that issue will resolve itself or if i need to chase that issue before i move on. The ignition parts are brand new and the fuel parts only have 5k ish miles. If i remember correctly injector pulse is shortest at warm idle which is fine so im rulling that out. Only other thing that has me wondering is the evap line that runs from the solenoid to the blower is deleted and capped off. Any input is appreciated.
