I just got my Bama tuner with custom tunes. First the tunes are already on there right? Also where it says h/x pipe and I have stock but I have the borla s type which if I pretty sure has an x pipe should have put that in? I put in that I have borla catback as you can see in the picture.

unless it's an off road midpipe you're good to go...when they mean stock they mean catted

You are good. They don't tune for mid pipes.

It looks like your tune is good to go. These guys have pointed you in the right direction. If your just running the Borla catback and don't have an aftermarket catless midpipe then your tune is set up correctly!
