I want to get a h-pipe for my 2003 v-6 but I don't know what pieces I need other then the mid-pipe. It's a weld on do I need any hooks or hangers like the GT's have?

I don't believe you need any hangers around or on the mid pipe, as long as it's welded it should stay. But, you will need hangers on your exhaust of course!
