I don’t see that improving anytime soon. Prices suck for new cars. I guess start looking for a Boss. What about a S197 I Condor? Are those an option?

I like the earlier GT500's, but a Boss was about the only thing I wanted (that I could afford) for the last couple of years, but I think I'm going for an auto on my next Mustang. So I've been looking at S550's that have the new 10 speed auto. I don't want to have to sell it just because my older body can't shift gears anymore lol.

I’d say wait until the new Gen is released. The stereotype of people wanting the latest and greatest will be dropping off S550s for S650s, in no time. Once the market is flooded with S550s hopefully prices will drop down to realistic values. Or if the market tanks like they say it will then good deals should be in abundance. We’ll see what happens.
