I have this squeaking noise that changes depending on the speed of the vehicle it is a rhythmic noise. It will do it occasionally when I’m coasting down a rough backroad in neutral, but it mainly does it when I have the car in gear and am accelerating but I can’t hear it with the windows up. Does this sound like a wheel bearing issue or a throw out bearing issue of what?

Wheel bearings will kind of rumble not squeak when they go out. I recently fixed a squeak in my rear suspension that would happen on rough pavement usually when on the throttle. Turned out to be the rear sway bar bushings. I replaced all of them (6) with Energy brand polyurethane ones. Squeak gone.
