Your passenger manifold is cracked/broken at the collector flange. Best bet is buy a pair of 94-98 manifolds from a junk yard.
Common issue with these cars.

One guy said he couldnt do it because it was cast and one said it would only last 2 weeks so he'd rather replace it.. i think they are trying to get me to spend more

It wouldn't last...they are telling the truth

So i got under and did some looking and it looks like where the exhaust piping meets the header it is loose.. enough where you can shake it around.. so i think its that

It's the weld where the collector meets the log on your manifold. I'll put money on it.
