The Ford motor company sure did me a very huge favor.
YES THEY DID,
They made the new GT500 so freakin UGLY that I have absolutely "NO" desire to buy one.
I think I will just stay wit my 2012 M.C.A.
At least I can look at my 2012 without wanting to throw up.
Ronnie

PS: I know they did make it go fast, But not fast enough to run away from that very ugly front end.

I actually like it (for a change LOL). I'll never be able to buy one, but I think it looks good. I'm glad they made it perform more than just in a straight line too. In all, though, I don't expect any future Mustang to look truly good (in my eyes). I think they are making them for a younger audience, which makes sense really.
It actually looks amazing. I hope someone local buys one and brings it to Cars & Coffee!
I'm inclined to agree here. I think it looks really nice. But anyone see the Ford Mustang Supercar? Not sure how to feel about that one
Don't be so superficial Ronnie.... Maybe it has a nice personality.

Which part don't you like?
Is it the grill which looks like it is ready to devour anyone foolish enough to stand downstream of the car?
I am of two minds on the GT 500’s appearance.....

1. That is the freakin’ ugliest front end I’ve ever seen on a Mustang! Who are they trying to be, Lexus?

2. I don’t have to see that front end if I am behind the wheel OF A 750 HP MUSTANG!!!!!

I think you will see some of these with the black bumper section that bisects the grill painted body color. THAT I would very much like to see and I think it would water down that big mouth bass front end.....
At my age, I have a very closed mind on what a Mustang looks like.
The front of this ugly thing has "NO" resemblance to a Mustang. It looks like a Lexus that just threw up. Guard 5.0 is 100% correct.
It is UGLY - UGLY - UGLY
I'm just wonders how bad they screwed up the back of this UGLY "CAR"
I can't even call it a MUSTANG.
Carroll Shelby is probably SPINNING IN HIS GRAVE RIGHT NOW.
Ronnie
Body looks fine they only need to change a few things and it’ll be great. 750+ HP needs a lot of cooling. Function over form. First boosted Coyote from ford, cut it some slack.

Pick your poison.
OK, the gaping mouth on the front end is pretty ugly but you need a lot of cool air coming in to keep that engine from overheating. Just like everyone thought the new design for the 2018 was ugly we will get used to it. It would not stop me from buying one if I wanted to throw away 70K.
It looks awful. It looks like crap. A Lexus wanna-be maybe. Who wants that?
I'd say it looks as ugly as a "blank", but I don't want to insult any "blanks".
I'm going with, I don't like it much.

Huh, double post, edited out.
Totally agree...what an ugly assed front. Why is everything looking like Lexus with locomotive cattle pushers on front?
I'm with you Ronnie. Guess I'm close minded and I know I'm way old (pushing the 70 mark now). I can't believe they used the Lexus styling. People are stating the big power needs cooling so using the big mouth bass grill makes it OK. Look what Shelby did on the 66 GT350. Whats wrong with designing some race car features into it instead of some ugly a** after thought of a design. Enough of my rant, can't afford to buy one anyway.
2020 GT500

Looks like a bastard child of a Lexus. It’s so far from looks g like a mustang someone needs to call in an trash truck to haul it off.
I like it,I also like change. When I look to replace my older mustangs I dont want it to look the same.
Ok, the front end appears to be almost the same front end as a GT350, except they painted the bumper black... So the added cooling argument just goes out the window...

Yes these all seem to have unusually large Black gaping holes in the front... Honestly I prefer the GT350 fascia... I love the rest of the car tho.

I only seen the photographs so far so I will wait until I see how ugly it is in person when it is released.
The pictures sure do make it look ridiculously ugly .

Guess I'm in the minority, I can't stand the S550 rear end. Was excited to see them, saw one in person (2015) and went and bought the 2014. Keep hoping they will change it. Guess it saves me money, as I have no desire to change from the 14.

I was the opposite. I thought it looked suspect when it came out looking at pics. When I saw one in person (2015), I loved it. Love the hips from the rear. I actually prefer the rear before the slight changes in 2017 (I believe) where they curved the brake lights a bit, but it still looks good IMHO.

Man, I forgot how badly the front fascia of the Camaro got butchered
