the 75 Fords weren't metric yet, so it's either a 302 or 351 standard valve in head pushrod engine.

Pull the carb and manifold, then unbolt the exhaust manifolds then the valve covers and rockers, then you can unbolt the head and remove it.. there might be some accessories to remove first..

spend 20 bucks on a repair manual there are bolts etc that are unique to the place they come from. The 20 bucks is well worth it and it will take you step by step. Look on eBay maybe cheaper

there's more to it than i can describe on here,you need a repair manual on that one,that's a big job on that engine,and requires a lot of time and tools,theirs not really enough room here to give good details on it,get a manual is the best advice i can give you on this one,and in 75 they didn't have a 4.6 engine,good luck.
