Yes it is a charger, 1969 Charger.

The Mustang is a 1965 Mustang Fastback...and a damn nice one!

I think that either they had some kind of Charger or else it was a Camero,my mom used ta watch that show all the time,and speaking of Chargers I saw a silver/chrome one on the highway the other day,it was awesome!!! I think it is a Mustanf Fastback,or else my brother said it's a Mustang Sallene,but I doubt that.
