If you want a stock-feeling clutch that doesn't require a King Kong calf muscle...this is what you want.... Probably costs a third of the Ford piece, AND you get the throwout bearing and aligment tool which would likely be separate at your Ford dealer.....

Check the "Overview" tab under the product illustration...... and you might want to get a "firewall" clutch cable adjuster.......VERY handy for setting the "pivot point" on your clutch adjustment.

Here is exactly what you do.
1. Get a ride to the Ford dealership.
2.Get out of the car and walk into the dealership
3.Tell them your have a 95 Gt 5.0 and you need a clutch.
4. Have them order the part
5.Give them your number so they can call you when it gets in
6.Walk out of the dealership
7.Get in car
8.drive home
9.Get out of car
10.Unlock door and walk inside.

don't get talked into race clutches, they are very heavy to use for standard use and don't like being slipped, if you get a puk clutch the car will most likely shudder as you try and take off, this puts a huge amount of forces through your driveline which can wear things out much quicker.
