I was wondering what eninge is in a 2001-2004 mustang saleen s281?
I was wanting to get one but i cant figure out what engine it is so i can buy aftermarket parts.

yes, it's a 4.6L V8. I have a 2007 mustang gt, which has a 4.6L and i know that equals out to 281 ci.

s281's are awesome, you could get a mustang either the same years, or a new one and get a roush kit on it, they make a pretty beefy mustang engine with some body kits if you want too
