I need a belt that would be the right length if I bypassed the air conditioning and the air pump (smog pump).

A bit hard to do without an "AC eliminator". I just bypassed the smog on mine.

Take a length of masking tape thru the belt route then measure your tape, subtracting an inch for the tensioner to take slack.
