if power is what you're looking for you're best bet is an UD pulley. It takes very little knowledge mechnical knowledge to do this mod. Anyways, I would get this and a CAI, it will add some bling bling under your hood and you'll pick up some power. You will have somewhere around 205hp with these added.

True, but it seems like this guy is on a budget. If he was to buy gears, he should get a t-lok also, so then to get them installed is gonna cost him a pretty penny. This way he can pick up some more power for cheaper and his stock gearing isn't too shabby, better than my stock 2.73's. :

No, if he uses the speedcal to fix his speedo readings, he'll still need a chip to raise the speedometer limit. So instead of wasting money for two products, just have it all done in one, via a chip.
