just get something with a high treadware rating... with 15" tires the sidewall is so huge anyway that there isnt really a "performance" tire that you could get. Go with some more good years or somethin.
i would recommend what ford SHOULD have put on their cars to begin with:
goodyear eagle HP's, 225/65/15.
stock for at least 99-01's were goodyear eagle GA's, and those things have nearly killed me in the rain.
the HP model offers better wet (by far) and better dry (marginally better) traction without much added cost. the 205 stock tire is a little on the narrow side. 225/65s will be a tad with overall handling and it won't look too much like a fat doughnut hugging your wheels.
