Hey guys,
I'm upgrading the wheels on my 95 gt from stock to a 245/45/18 front and a 265/35/18 rear. I notice that a lot of people add the wheel spacers to get rid of that "pushed in " look the older mustangs come stock with. I do not however know what thickness is best to use.
I would like to get the rear tires close to the rear quarter panel. What would you recommend?
Thanks

I could be wrong, but I've seen a lot of people run 1.5" spacers on a non-lowered car and barely be able to get by without rolling the fender lips, but that would be a little too risky for me. I'd suggest a 1" spacer, I think it should fill up well nicely and won't have any clearance issues. You may need some longer studs though.
