Recently just had this problem: my front wheels have been squeaking every time I turn, and even when I hit a bump. I have aftermarket coils and the rest down there is stock. I've tried using spray lube (or oil) to try to get rid of the squeak, but it seems to still make noise. It's incredibly annoying. I am totally unsure of what the noise could be, and also new with everything too. Any thoughts?

Same thing is going on with mine. If it is creaking when you turn or hit a bump then most likely you have a bad ball joint. I have a bad lower ball joint on my driver side. Check your ball joint boots to see if they are torn. I sprayed some grease up into the boot and the sound went away but it is still very sketchy to drive on so until I replace it, my GT is parked

Aftermarket coils can do it for sure. Balljoints being bad also. If all you have new is the coils and the rest is circa 2003 then its time to overhaul the whole thing. Rubber bushings deteriorate and parts wear out. 16+ years and its time.
