You can't because you are referring to 2 different cars. The GT-350 was a Shelby Mustang, the two seat roadster was a Cobra.

Either way, the price is going to be a huge pile of money.

You can find the specs on many websites like wikipedia. Buying one would be very tough since they were produced as race cars and in very limited numbers. It's not really known as a cobra though, just a shelby at that point. Then you start getting into Shelby's with Cobra Jet engines in them later on.
