i have a 2001 mustang v6 i want to buy a cold air intake but i dont know where to buy it and where can i take it so they can install it ??

most aftermarket hot rod stores or websites will sell this kit. the Ford ponycar is one of the most well known cars on the planet so everyone and his grandma are making parts for these cars. and more times than not, these kits come with instructions.

cold air kits are just really a simple upgrade to the otherwise poorly designed factory intake system and will utilize the same exact space under the hood as your current stock configuration. so install is usually a snap!

I'd stick with K&N.

But if you want cold air intake, they got mustang sites.

You can get a FIPK at Auto Zone. Just ask them. Or Pep Boys or Summit Racing, or order it online at Summit Racing or Jegs, or even on ebay, save some money. If you can replace your air filter, you can probably figure out how to install the kit. If not, any mechanic will do it for about $100 or an hour's labor.
