I think you're talking about the 8 Black X-mas Tree Fasteners that hold the bottom of the rocker. I'm talking about the 7 Gray Slide on clips that hold the top of the rockers.
I found 45 mm X-mas tree fasteners with no problem on EBay. Pack of 25 was $8.00.
I bought some GM slide on fasteners at AutoZone last night that look close to the OEM Ford ones. Going to try them this morning when it gets light outside. Let you guys know if they work later in case anyone else has this problem. Really want to get the Rockers & Extensions on before I take the Bumper Cover off to install the GT500 Rear Diffuser. Hate taking to many things off all at once. Hope I don't break a bunch of clips doing that.

My local NAPA store has a great selection of body hardware. You might give them a try if you have one close to you.

I tried one NAPA store but they didn't have the exact looking ones either....just the same ones I bought at AutoZone last night. What really T's me off is Ford making you buy the Rocker & all & not selling the Slide on Clips separately. They slide off for God's sake. They're not molded to the Bumper so Ford is screwing us !!! Tried 5 dealers & they all said you have to buy the Rockers & all to get the clips. That's just wrong. If I wanted new Rockers I sure wouldn't buy OEM ones.

I just bought them! They'll be a better fit than the ones I was using. I did the same thing that you did, plasti dipped my rockers. Mine were really faded

My digital Caliper says they're the same size as my stock ones.

I just painted the lower 1/2 of my Rockers Satin Black & painted the Rocker Extensions to match. Had already painted my Front Lip / Chin Spoiler Satin Black so wanted it all to match.
Now I have to figure out what to do about painting the Rear Diffuser to match the rest. It's got that textured finish & everything else was smooth. Haven't painted anything textured as of yet. Hope it comes out OK.
All the smooth parts came out good. Everyone who's looked at it thinks they were professionally done...LOL. Rattle Can paint jobs....but I do go to extremes to get a really nice finish.

I'll see my buddy today at a car show and I'll ask him. He's owned a body shop for a lot of years and has that stuff. plus he's owned mustangs so he'll know exactly the clips you're looking for. I did look up the part, ford doesn't sell the clips separately. on the other hand, they probably do use them elsewhere on the car so look through the manual I sent you and see if you can find a listing for them in the "body and ornamentation" part of the manual

Probably won't have it but I was amazed at the auto hardware the local Lowes store had. It's a hardware store but they have a fasteners section for autos.

Found these Clips on EBay. They work perfect !!! Rockers are now back on the car.
Hopefully this will help anyone else who runs into this problem.
Hated driving around without the Rockers on my car for 2 weeks while searching for the right fasteners. I'd suggest ordering the clips & X-mas tree fasteners prior to removing your Rockers just in case you break some of them. Besides....Why not use New Hardware ???

What about the push type rivets that hold the black plastic wheel well covers in place? Where can I find them in the right size?

You also can find assortments at local auto stores that will work and I have purchased a kit on E-Bay with several different sizes
