Here's a video of it
It's a v6 if that helps.
I have a feeling it's coming from the pulley system as I've already been having problems with it & that's generally where it's coming from.
Any help is appreciated.

Whining around your engine? It could be someone who wishes you had a Coyote or LS. I've heard lots of whining about those, lately. ;)

(sorry)
More seriously, this particular racket sounds to me like it might be your power steering pump. Have you checked the fluid recently? Does it get louder when you turn the wheel? Audio in video clips can be deceiving - so it's possible it's your alternator or even the belt tensioner pulley making this racket. Best wishes! =)

At the risk of a superfluous post, I’ve solved a whining noise in my Mustang by not allowing my wife to ride in my car anymore. It’s almost silent except for the exhaust and stereo now. 🤣

All kidding aside, in addition to what Grimbrand said, also check your belts and Pulleys too. Sometimes when idler pulleys get worn, and start to fail, they make whining and screeching noises.
